Senior Conveyancer

We are working with an award-winning law firm in Leicester seeking an experienced Conveyancing Team Leader to manage and grow their Residential Conveyancing team. Senior Conveyancer - Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of conveyancers and support staff Oversee residential conveyancing cases: sales, purchases (freehold & leasehold), re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and equity release Ensure efficient workflows, compliance, and excellent client service Build strong client and referrer relationships and support business development Monitor KPIs, case progression, and resolve escalated issues Senior Conveyancer - Skills & Experience: Proven residential conveyancing experience with a varied caseload Previous team management experience in a legal environment Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and case management systems Organised, commercially aware, and excellent communicator Why Join: Lead a growing, award-winning team Competitive salary and benefits Supportive environment with career development opportunitiesJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
