Compliance Surveyor

We are currently looking for a Compliance Surveyor on a temp to perm basis for a housing association based in Leicester. In return, you will receive mileage covered, hybrid working and the opportunity for the role to become permanent. As the Compliance Surveyor, you will be: Working as a surveyor covering the big 6 of compliance across the domestic properties Conducting risk assessments and ensuring all properties are 100% compliance in line with statutory and regulatory requirements Identifying and raising works for the planned, reactive and compliance works and booking in the remedial works Liaising with external contractors to ensure the budgets and contract requirements are met Experience and qualifications: Experience as a surveyor covering the big 6 of compliance Social housing or local authority experience HND or similar professional qualification Good communication and customer experience In return as the Compliance Surveyor, you will receive: 33-35phr 3-month temp to perm Hybrid working Mileage covered Lots of added benefits when the role becomes permanent We are keen to see CVs from Compliance Surveyor, Compliance Inspector, Compliance Officer, Building Safety Officer, Building Surveyor If this sounds like you and you would like to apply for the position, call Lexie on 07488866707 or send your updated CV to TPBN1_UKTJ
