The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of creative projects, ensuring they are delivered smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard.Competitive salary plus annual performance-based bonusHybrid working; four days in-office and the option to work remotely on FridaysFree monthly car valet at the studioMonthly breakfasts and regular team socialsPaid day off on your birthdayPaid time off between Christmas and New YearTraining and career development opportunitiesAccess to financial wellbeing and budgeting supportDuties and Responsibilities:Leading the management of diverse projects including brand campaigns, photoshoots, film production, retail design, and digital experiencesActing as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and leading project meetingsContributing to the planning and scoping of projects, including timelines, budgets, and deliverablesCollaborating closely with creative teams to ensure work is aligned with client expectations and strategic goalsIdentifying potential challenges early and implementing proactive solutions to keep projects on trackReporting to the Senior Project Manager and supporting the wider project management functionRequired Skills and Experience:Extensive experience managing creative projects within a busy creative agency settingA proven track record of successfully delivering campaigns for major brandsStrong communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions and manage client relationships effectivelyExcellent project management capabilities, including time and resource planningA strategic mindset and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solvingAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detailA full, clean UK drivers licenceA positive and proactive attitude, with a collaborative approach to team workingFamiliarity with project management tools and studio workflowsWorking knowledge of software such as InDesign or PowerPoint is advantageous but not essential
