Job Description CNC GrinderWe are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Grinder Operator to join our clients manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC grinding machines to produce high-quality precision parts according to specifications. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC grinding machines to produce precision parts and componentsSet up and program CNC grinding machines for various grinding operationsRead and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructionsPerform in-process inspection activities to ensure parts meet defined acceptance standardsMonitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain product qualityConduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC grinding equipmentEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and company policiesCollaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processesMaintain accurate records of production activities and quality control measuresParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product qualityQualificationsRequired:2-5 years of experience as a CNC Grinder OperatorProficiency in CNC grinder operationAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprintsExperience with in-process inspection and quality control proceduresFamiliarity with precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges)Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyGood communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical school certificate preferredFor more information, please contact the team at Recra.JBRP1_UKTJ
