What You'll Be Doing:HVAC and building maintenance, including PPM servicing, fault-finding, and reactive repairs.Resolving hot/cold issues via BMS adjustments.Mechanical maintenance (belts, motors, valves).Minor installation work and stakeholder engagement for diagnostics.? What You'll Need:NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning.F-GAS 2079 CAT1 certification.Solid building maintenance experience.Comfortable working at height and using MEWPs.Confident using CAFM systems via iPad.??
