It’s a chance to make your mark at a flagship destination.What You’ll Be Doing:Leading the delivery of all cleaning operations across the 1.2 million sq ft shopping centre.Managing and developing a team of cleaning operatives to deliver high standards of presentation and hygiene in line with occupier and visitor expectations.Collaborating with the Head of Operations and Centre Director to align cleaning strategies with the wider transformational goals of the asset.Driving continuous improvement, introducing efficient and sustainable cleaning practices while managing costs effectively.Monitoring contractor performance, ensuring adherence to KPIs and health & safety standards.Supporting the delivery of ESG objectives, including waste management and sustainability initiatives across the centre.Being a visible presence on the mall, engaging with tenants, visitors, and your team to enhance the customer experience.What We’re Looking For:Experienced cleaning manager or supervisor within a large-scale retail, hospitality, or commercial environment.Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop on-site teams while maintaining high standards.Strong understanding of cleaning contracts, performance management, and quality control processes.A proactive, problem-solving mindset, capable of implementing change and driving improvement.Passion for delivering high standards in a customer-focused environment.Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders and working collaboratively within a large operational team.Sound interesting?
