They are looking for driven, resilient, and commercially astute Business Development Managers to support their growth.As a Business Development Manager, youll be part of a dynamic new business sales team. Youll be responsible for identifying and securing contracts with local businesses.Key Responsibilities:100% new business developmentCold calling, door knocking, and lead generationManaging your pipeline and CRM with precisionReviewing existing contracts and negotiating improved termsSelling the value of our clients service not just the productOnce a client is onboarded, theyre handed over to the corporate team so you can focus on winning new businessWhat Were Looking ForDifferent backgrounds will be considered what matters is attitude and ability.
