So whats the job all about?Performing regular checks and audits on meat and non-meat ingredients (GMP, traceability, fabrication etc.) in order to monitor compliance with food safety requirements and prepare the necessary reportsCalibrating scales, temperature probes and other measuring devicesCollecting micro samples, water samples and environmental swabsMonitoring production lines to ensure product safety, quality and compliance with customers requirementsCo-ordinating and take part in daily taste panels and logging results into excel spreadsheet.Auditing production documentation and procedures in place for foreign body controls including glass & hard plastic auditUp, up and away!So what about the next job after this one.
