You'll keep quality front and centre, raise safety standards, and embed a culture of excellence across their UK business.This role pays up to 45,000 with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.Based at their site in Coventry there may be some occasional travel to customer sites around the UK or their HQ near Watford.As the QSHE Manager you will lead the development, implementation and continual improvement of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems across all operations including: ISO implementation and audits Monitoring product and process quality, identifying risks and improvement opportunitiesInvestigating quality issues, incidents and near misses, ensuring robust corrective actionsDeveloping and overseeing health 'safety policies and proceduresConducting risk assessments and site inspectionsPromoting a proactive safety culture through training and engagementProviding practical advice to managers/teams and updating senior leadershipWhat will you bring to the role?Proven experience in quality, compliance, safety, within an engineering environmentA recognised H&S qualification e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH or similar Experience implementing and managing ISO standardsA strong understanding of QMS and audit processesThe confidence to influence managers and stakeholders at all levelsFlexibility to travel within the UK when requiredThis is an opportunity to make a lasting impact within a respected global brand, shaping standards, protecting people, and driving operational excellence.
