HGV Class 2 Driver - Drainage

Our client is offering a friendly yet professional working environment, whilst priding themselves on providing an honest and knowledgeable service to all their customers.Our client offers a range of drainage solutions to domestic, commercial, and industrial markets.The ideal candidate will need experience working as a HGV Class 2 Driver, everything else this role needs you to do requires no experience at all, as full training will be provided.What we need from you to apply for this role:Class 2 driving licence (required to drive tankers)Lives within a 30-minute commute of the main officeWilling to undergo DBS and enhanced police checksWilling to complete all required trainingAble to work independently and as part of a teamConfident carrying out daily and weekly vehicle/equipment checksPhysically fit the role includes manual labourWhat the role involves:You will be operating a drain and sewer cleaning vehicle and machinery, working across commercial and industrial sectors as well as residential properties. Other duties include:Carrying out both emergency and planned works in drain cleaning and cleansing including emptying of septic tanks and interceptorsWorking with other engineers as required to aid in other drainage tasksOperating a van pack jetting unit as requiredSalary: 30,000 38,000 per year, depending on experience, plus overtime and on-call bonus.Hours: Working 45 hours per week Monday to Friday.
