We provide a range of solutions, including:Private Medical Insurance Group Income Protection Death-in-Service / Group Life cover Health Cash Plans Health and wellbeing support We also advise on Business Protection, helping safeguard companies if key individuals are unable to work.Our team combines technical expertise with a client-focused approach, ensuring businesses can strengthen their employee offering, enhance engagement, and stand out in a competitive market. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment and encourage candidates from all backgrounds and experiences to apply.Essential:Comprehensive understanding of the employee benefits market, including Private Medical Insurance, Group Risk, and Business Protection Familiarity with insurance market practices, key providers, and their products Strong knowledge of compliance requirements under the FCA Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office, insurer portals, broker systems, and accounts/credit control functions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet team and business needs Problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills Resilience and initiative under pressureDesirable: xjdpvnf Experience working with both SME and larger corporate clients Knowledge of Acturis administration systems Previous experience in broking or client advisory roles within Employee BenefitsKey Attributes:Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.
