As a rapidly growing business both in size and turnover, we're looking for new people to join our Inside Sales team and help us grow even further, acting as a Trusted Partner to JLAs customers. You'll be joining a highly successful sales team where you will be valued and rewarded for the contribution you make. xjdpvnf This is transactional telesales where you will be authorising costs, booking engineer visits in and contracting customers over the phone and via email.Key tasksMaking outbound sales calls using leads generated through our digital marketing team and also developing your own pipeline of customersManaging new and existing customer accountsDeveloping sales opportunities in partnership with your field sales colleaguesMeeting/exceeding dynamic KPIs set within the contact centreCriteriaEssential (attributes required for candidate to be considered)Desirable (attributes can be trained or developed)Knowledge and Skills (what you know and what you can do)Confident and effective communicatorCollaborative and Positive outlookKnowledge of all Microsoft office applicationsKnowledge of what JLA has to offer on complianceExperience (what you have done)Experience of outbound lead generation / telesalesExperience of transactional sales, closing/winning sales (preferably on the phone)Experience of working in a customer-centric position over the phoneExperience in account managementHave worked in a commercially driven environmentPersonal qualities(the way you think and act)The ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentHighly motivatedDriven by your own resultsA curious mind, interested in our customers, our markets and our businessAbility to speak to a varied range of peopleEager to learn and build a career in a dynamic sales organisation
