Driver Hire Leeds West are recruiting on behalf of our customer based in Leeds who are a long established small company supplying auto parts to the trade and customers. They require a Sales Administrator for their busy office. This is a family run company and every one mucks in, so expect this to be a varied role where no two days are the same. The role is Temp to Perm so you would work for Driver Hire for 13 weeks then if all goes well, you would become a permanent member of our customers team.Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.Benefits:While working for Driver Hire Leeds West 13.60 per hour (PAYE Accrued) 14.57 per hour (PAYE Advanced)Once Permanent 14.00 to 14.50 per hour, DOE (PAYE Accrued)The Role: As a Sales Administrator:This is a varied role, but comprises elements such as:Monday Friday 07:30 to 17:00.Overseeing the busy Trade Counters.Managing incoming calls/emails from customers effectivelyFollowing up quotes to convert to sales.Checking and picking parts for deliveries from the Warehouse.Speaking to suppliers on a daily basis,Organising delivery routes efficiently for drivers in line with customer expectations.Driving vans to make deliveries to customers when the need arises.Requirements: For a Sales Administrator:Full UK Driving Licence and own transportNo more than 6 points on licence for minor offences only.High standards of customer service and a positive communicator.The ability to work flexibly in a small team.High level of written and spoken EnglishAn organised person who can prioritise their workload every day.Its rare to see a role such as this with as much variety involved, so if you are someone who feels that they would thrive working for a small family run company then please apply online today or give us a call on 0113 2299400 to discuss it further.TPBN1_UKTJ
