Immigration Solicitor

Our client, a well-established legal practice, is seeking an experienced Immigration Solicitor to join their growing team. The role offers the chance to manage a varied and complex caseload across private and corporate immigration matters, providing high-quality advice and representation.Read on to fully understand what this job requires in terms of skills and experience If you are a good match, make an application.Key Responsibilities:Manage a full immigration caseload from instruction to completion.Advise on Skilled Worker visas, Sponsor Licence applications, family and private life applications, EU Settlement Scheme matters, student and visitor routes, British citizenship, ILR, and human rights/asylum claims.Prepare and submit visa applications, appeals, administrative reviews, and supporting documentation.Draft detailed legal submissions, representations, and witness statements.Liaise with the Home Office, courts, tribunals, and external counsel.Maintain compliance with SRA standards and internal processes.Contribute to team objectives and departmental targets.Candidate Requirements:Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Immigration Caseworker.Minimum 13 years PQE (or relevant experience) in immigration law.Appeals experience essential.Strong knowledge of UK Immigration Rules and legislation.Excellent client care, drafting, and advocacy skills.Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.Why Apply:This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic team, handling a diverse range of immigration matters. xjdpvnf The role provides scope for career progression, professional development, and working on challenging cases.
