Job DescriptionIncrease your chances of an interview by reading the following overview of this role before making an application.Registered Managers This role was designed to fix the problems most managers face.If youre currently a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager, you may recognise some of the common frustrations within residential childcare:Being held accountable for everything but given little supportWorking with RIs or Directors who are rarely availableWanting to improve the home but not having the authority or backing to do itCarrying huge responsibility without the salary to matchThis opportunity has been structured specifically to address those challenges.The OpportunityWe are working with a well-established organisation that is expanding its children's residential services and is looking for a Registered Children's Home Manager to lead a newly renovated children's home in Leeds.As Registered Manager, you will lead the registration process, development and day-to-day running of the service, ensuring the home delivers high-quality, child-centred care while remaining fully compliant with Childrens Homes Regulations (2015) and Ofsted Quality Standards.The home will support up to 4 young people and will be registered for LD / EBD / Autism. The property has been fully renovated to meet regulatory standards, creating a safe and high-quality environment for young people.
