You will work 37 hours a week on a permanent basis, working flexibly in the Vico Homes operating area based at our Head Office in Castleford.As the Assets Surveyor you will work as part of a team of Assets Surveyors to complete surveying tasks and provide technical guidance on building architecture, fabric and associated infrastructure.It is an exciting time to be joining us and here are some of the initiatives that you will be involved in:Helping to develop the internalisation of stock condition and component surveyingHelping Vico Homes deliver great customer service through working with partners to deliver timely completions on property insurance claims, customers technical home improvement applications, investment stock condition surveys and high-rise building complianceWorking with partners to survey and check Vico Homes extensive portfolio of non-traditional propertiesScroll down the page to see all associated job requirements, and any responsibilities successful candidates can expect.What youll doYou will be responsible for undertaking property surveys including visits to lead Vico Homes response to insurance claims for structural and fire damage, determining technical home improvement requests from our customers and stock condition surveys.
