Sea Freight Export Specialist For a complete understanding of this opportunity, and what will be required to be a successful applicant, read on.Location: Bradford Salary: Up to 38,000 DOE A well-established and growing international freight forwarding business is seeking an experienced Sea Freight Export Specialist to join its busy operations team in Bradford.This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected forwarder with a strong reputation in the market, offering long-term stability, a supportive team environment and genuine progression potential.You'll be responsible for managing LCL and FCL export shipments from start to finish, working closely with clients, overseas agents and shipping lines to ensure smooth and efficient movement of cargo worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle full start-to-finish sea export shipments (LCL & FCL)Liaise with customers, overseas agents and shipping linesArrange collections and transport from origin to destinationPrepare and manage export documentationHandle export customs clearance processesProvide operational support across the export functionManage costing, invoicing and file profitabilityRequirementsMinimum 5+ years' experience in sea freight exports with a UK freight forwarderStrong knowledge of LCL and/or FCL export operationsExperience managing shipments from booking through to billingAbility to communicate effectively with clients, agents and carriersHighly organised with strong attention to detailDesirable (but not essential):Quoting experiencePrevious experience using CargoWiseWR Logistics are the #1 recruitment partner for all vacancies in the logistics industry.
