All of which are critical sectors with demanding standards and high levels of regulation.The Candidate:The successful candidate will have an outstanding proven track record in selling, penetrating and winning business in critical markets across EuropeIdeally you will have a proven track record in the Aerospace Tier 1 and Aerospace OEM marketsYou will ideally have knowledge of metals and metal components in the above marketsIdeally experience or a desire to move into strategic new market entry business development, this will not be easy you will be fighting an up-hill battle, this will be extremely challenging, but you will have the type of character that thrives on thisOutstanding new business and key account management skills, comfortable building long term relationships and a long sales cycleEnergetic, Dynamic, Self-starter, Personable, can-do attitudeStrategic, understand how to map out a sector, self-generation and new business sales long term relationship building salesSales Management Experience and or senior business development would be goodAbility / experience of accurate forecasting and budgetingPipeline management and closing skillsA strong strategic thinker, strong commercial acumen and emotional intelligenceYou will have an eye for upselling / cross selling opportunities and navigating and networking corporate businessesYou will have excellent communication skills and able to communicate and sell to a wide variety of levels.Please click on the apply button or contact Mercury Hampton directly.
