The Role We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer on behalf of our client to join their expanding team. This is a fully remote opportunity, offering genuine flexibility while still being part of a collaborative and supportive environment. As a Residential Conveyancer , you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of property transactions, ensuring each matter is handled with efficiency and the highest levels of client care. Key Responsibilities Independently manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, remortgages, and new builds. Provide clear and proactive updates to clients throughout the process. Build strong relationships with estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders. Ensure all files meet compliance and regulatory standards. Deliver high-quality service in line with the firms modern, client-first approach. Candidate Profile Minimum 2 years experience working as a Residential Conveyancer , handling your own caseload. Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from instruction through to completion. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to work independently within a remote role. Confident using technology and adapting to new systems.
