Your Role As Deputy Manager, youll work closely with the Home Manager to provide clear, confident leadership to a large and growing team. Youll ensure clinical excellence across the home, support with CQC compliance, and drive best practice in specialist care. Importantly, youll be a visible presence on the floor, mentoring, guiding, and empowering staff to deliver outstanding care every day.This is a role for someone who thrives on complexity. Whether its managing specialist care pathways, supporting with the commissioning of a major new service, or balancing clinical and operational priorities, youll bring expertise, resilience, and vision. What Were Looking For A Nurse-qualified leader (RMN ideally, but RGN with complex care experience considered). Strong clinical knowledge of dementia, neuro-disability, and/or mental health care. Experience managing and developing teams in a care home or healthcare setting. Excellent understanding of compliance, governance, and best practice. A passion for innovation, person-centred care, and making a lasting difference.
