Luminate Education Group is seeking aProject and Content Officerto join our forward-thinking Innovation and Development Team. Working closely with our Group Community Social Responsibility (CSR) Projects Coordinator, you’ll help bring projects to life through engaging and compelling content across a variety of formats, including videos, infographics, handbooks, posters, photography, and more. You’ll also play a key role in capturing and communicating real stories of change, turning data and events into powerful narratives that demonstrate the value and impact of our initiatives. What You Will DoAs our Project and Content Officer, you’ll play a vital role in advancing the work of the Innovation and Development Team by using your creativity to amplify the impact of our projects. In this varied and rewarding role, you will: Create high-quality, engaging creative content to communicate and promote initiatives, opportunities, and good practice news stories across formats such as posters, presentations, handbooks, videos, infographics, photography, and videography Tell powerful storiesthat capture the positive impact of our work through digital media, showcasing change and transformation across the Group and its communities Support the directorate’s management teamin the delivery of key projects, events, and external partnerships Help drive initiatives thatimprove culture, wellbeing, and belongingfor both staff and students, as well as advance our community and social responsibility priorities Support the upskilling of colleaguesby sharing digital skills, such as photography and storytelling for impact reporting and project documentation Collect and record data,preparing simple reports and spreadsheets to support effective project tracking and evidence-based decision-making Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to co-create meaningful and innovative project work aligned to Luminate’s values with real-world impact About YouIs creative, proactive, and visually skilled, with a passion for storytelling Has experience or talent in photography, videography, and digital content creation Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail, especially when creating, editing, or presenting content to groups Working knowledge of digital photography, video recording and editing, or a willingness to learn and develop these skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools. Level 2 qualification or above in English and Mathematics.
