From global conferences to high-end corporate showcases, they provide cutting-edge sound, light, video, stage, power and media to clients who expect the best.Based in West Yorkshire, their tight-knit team is known for making the magic happen and having some fun along the way.WHAT YOULL DOAs a Project Manager, youll play a central role in delivering exceptional live event experiences. Youll be working across a wide portfolio of projects from sleek boardroom productions to jaw-dropping stage shows and no two days will be the same.Youll handle it all: from the client brief through to showtime with the support of a highly experienced in-house team.Your key responsibilities will include:Leading the planning and execution of live events across the UK and occasionally overseasAttending client meetings, site visits and production briefingsDesigning technical and creative solutions tailored to each eventProducing quotes, CAD drawings, schedules, visuals and pitch documentsCoordinating crew, logistics, kit and transport using resource management toolsManaging on-site delivery and being the go-to person during eventsEnsuring compliance with health & safety and company standardsBuilding client relationships and seeking out future opportunitiesWHAT YOULL NEEDLooking for someone with experience in the live events industry and a natural flair for pulling all the pieces together.You should have:A strong understanding of AV, sound, lighting, rigging, staging, and setProven success in delivering complex, high-quality corporate eventsExcellent client-facing and communication skillsGreat time management and the ability to juggle multiple projectsA proactive mindset and the confidence to lead from the frontA good sense of humour we work hard but dont take ourselves too seriouslyA full UK driving licenceWHY JOIN?We believe in rewarding our people.
