Job Description Im working with a really well-established digital agency thats looking to bring in a Senior Account Manager to support across a portfolio of performance-led clients.This is a great role for someone who enjoys owning client relationships and being right at the centre of delivery.Youll be the person the clients trust. The one who keeps everything moving, spots opportunities, and makes sure performance is heading in the right direction across Paid, SEO, Social and CRM.The Role:Youll take the lead on a group of key accounts, acting as the main point of contact and performance lead.Owning client relationships and becoming a genuine partner to themTranslating business goals into clear performance plans and KPIsLeading client comms, from weekly check-ins to quarterly reviewsWorking closely with channel specialists to make sure campaigns are deliveringKeeping a close eye on performance, spotting trends and pushing for improvementsIdentifying growth opportunities across accountsMaking sure everything is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standardYou:This isnt a hands-on channel role, but youll need to know your way around performance marketing.Solid experience in an account management role within a digital or performance agencyA good understanding of Paid Media, SEO and SocialConfidence in discussing performance, attribution and reporting with clientsExperience working with tools like GA4, ad platforms and reporting suitesThe ability to challenge constructively and push for better resultsStrong organisational skillsWhy its worth a look:Proper ownership of your accountsA strong mix of strategy, client work and commercial inputSupport from senior leadership, but space to run your accounts your wayA collaborative environment where channel teams and client services actually work well together
