As Renewables Technical Support, you will play a fundamental part in supporting our growth and ambition by support the Renewables Team with Heat Pump Design and Technical support for both Customers and Fit Out Installation Contractors.You Will Be Required ToThis is an office based role where you will proactively call customers to carry out pre-survey checks on all new heat pump sales. Arrange Heat Pump Surveys, liaising with our sub-contractor installation engineers to ensure surveys are carried out in a timely manner, and to a good standard. Create bespoke system designs to send to customers for approval, adhering to all relevant legislation, manufacturing regulations and company policies and procedures. Undertake the planning of installations as and when required, and liaising with Installation Engineers Carry out Technical Post installation desktop audits on subcontracted Heat Pump Installations Prepare and submit customer handover packs in line with MCS requirements. Provide post installation technical support to both installers and customersQualifications And ExperienceA minimum of 5 years’ experience in the heating sector. Experience of working in a customer service driven role ACS qualifications (CPA1, CCN1, CENWAT) - desirable NVQ Heat Pumps Level 3 - desirable Clear DBS check Full UK Driving licenseCompetenciesProfessional and effective communication – both written and verbal First class customer service skills Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively. IT literacyPersonal attributesTeam player Able to work on their own initiative and independently. Open to developing skills and knowledge.
