Job Description Regional Sales Engineer Commercial Ventilation Location: Yorkshire & North-East England Fully RemoteSalary: Basic up to 60,000 (DOE)Bonus: Uncapped commissionBenefits: Company car or car allowance + full benefits packageThe OpportunityA well-established UK manufacturer of commercial ventilation systems is continuing to grow and is now seeking Regional Sales Engineer to strengthen its regional sales in Yorkshire & North-East.This is a field-based, consultative sales role focused on developing and managing relationships with mechanical consultants and M&E contractors, delivering bespoke, project-led ventilation solutions across sectors including education, healthcare, leisure and service environments.The RoleYou will take full ownership of your region, managing a balanced pipeline of existing accounts and new business opportunities, while delivering a high-quality customer journey from initial engagement through to order.Key responsibilities include:Developing and growing existing consultant and contractor accountsProspecting new business to increase regional market shareManaging the full sales cycle from specification to order placementDriving repeat business and long-term customer retentionMonitoring competitor activity and regional market trendsAchieving agreed sales KPIs, activity levels, and revenue targetsMaintaining accurate CRM data including pipelines, forecasts, and project valuesCustomer & Technical FocusDeliver a customer-first, solutions-led approach at all stages of the sales journeyProvide accurate technical and commercial information to support customer decision-makingDevelop strong technical understanding of commercial ventilation systems and applicationsCollaborate with internal technical, service, and management teams to meet customer expectationsAbout YouProven experience in ventilation, HVAC salesTrack record of selling to consultants and M&E contractorsComfortable managing longer, project-based sales cyclesStrong negotiation, objection-handling, and relationship-building skillsCommercially astute and organised, with confident CRM usageProactive, self-motivated, and customer-focusedFull UK driving licenceWhats on OfferBasic salary up to 60,000Uncapped commission structureCompany car or car allowanceLong-term career opportunity with a respected UK manufacturerSupportive internal team and strong technical back-upSER-INJBRP1_UKTJ
