As our Area Sales Executive, youll bring ambitious e-commerce businesses into our fulfilment offering and help them scale with us. This role is technical, consultative and hands-on - perfect for someone who understands e-commerce and loves working directly with clients.Interested? Take a look at the below to understand what you'll be doing as Area Sales Executive:Building, managing and converting your own high-quality sales pipelineResponding to inbound enquiries within SLA and identifying businesses suited to the EVRi fulfilment modelMeeting sales KPIs and revenue targets across monthly, quarterly and annual cyclesRecording activity and managing your workflow through the EVRi CRMDelivering hands-on onboarding: system demonstrations, walkthroughs, training and set-upEnsuring new clients understand our service model, tools and customer service processesMonitoring new client performance so they trade to profile within 4 weeks and are ready for handover within 6Producing high-quality written and verbal communication to support clients at every stepWorking closely with Telesales, Field Sales and Account Management to create a smooth, cohesive customer journeyCollaborating with local Operations teams to ensure readiness for new client onboardingStill interested? Heres what youll bring:3 years experience in sales, account management or a related roleSolid understanding of e-commerce, with fulfilment knowledge strongly desiredConfidence working with systems, processes and tech, this role is technical in natureFamiliarity with typical sales processes (pipelines, qualification, marketing touchpoints, closing, onboarding)Strong communication skills and confident in client-facing sessions and workshopsCreative problem-solver with negotiation and conflict-resolution skillsComfortable analysing data and commercial performanceResilient, target-driven, positive and hungry to growProficient in Microsoft Office and general IT toolsAt Evri, we know we only grow if our people do too.
