Role Overview Were seeking a proactive, detail-oriented CRM Executive to support and evolve our customer communication strategy. Working with modern CRM tools, youll help build personalised email and SMS journeys, deliver impactful customer interactions, and analyse behavioural data to drive better engagement at every stage of the customer lifecycle.Youll play a key role in enhancing retention, reactivation, and loyalty- ensuring every message feels timely, relevant, and aligned with our forward-thinking brand. Key Responsibilities Email & SMS Campaign Execution Build and deploy email and SMS campaigns end-to-end. Segment audiences, conduct A/B tests, and optimise performance. Write or refine clear, engaging, customer-focused content. Customer Journey Support Assist in shaping customer journeys across multiple segments. Identify opportunities for re-engagement and proactive communication. Bring fresh ideas for continuous improvement of CRM activity. Customer Feedback & Surveys Create and distribute surveys to capture customer insights. Compile data and share meaningful, actionable learnings with the team. Data, Insights & Reporting Monitor and report on key CRM metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.). Use behavioural and transactional data to enhance relevance and targeting. Prepare monthly dashboards to highlight trends and opportunities. CRM Platform Management Help maintain and optimise CRM workflows, automations, and data quality. Support integrations across marketing, sales, and customer service. Ensure CRM processes run smoothly and efficiently. About You 2+ years experience in a CRM or lifecycle marketing role. Hands-on experience with a CRM platform (HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar). Strong understanding of customer journeys and lifecycle marketing. Confident building emails, creating segments, and running tests. Comfortable using data to uncover insights and suggest improvements. Clear communicator with a collaborative, can-do mindset.
