Job Title: Salesforce Administrator Location: Hybrid (Leeds-based) Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 Are you an experienced Salesforce Administrator looking to make an impact in a growing, forward-thinking organisation? My Client are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join their team in Leeds.About the RoleAs a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management, configuration, and optimisation of my clients Salesforce platform. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders across the business to ensure Salesforce is being used to its full potential, supporting operational efficiency and enabling smarter decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring data accuracy, security, and best practices.Configure and customise Salesforce to meet business needs, including workflows, reports, dashboards, and user permissions.Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system improvements.Provide user support and training to maximise adoption and effectiveness across teams.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate upgrades/releases.Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and recommend enhancements.What We’re Looking ForProven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201) required; additional certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, etc.) are a plus.Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, and reporting.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.If this opportunity sounds exciting to you or anyone you know don't hesitate to get in touch by either applying or through my email below and be quick as interviews are currently in the process!E:
