What You'll Be Doing: Finalise client onboarding and ensure all documentation is complete Conduct post-sale satisfaction calls and confirm confidence in treatment Check FCA compliance (training provided) Collect Trustpilot reviews to showcase our service quality Identify areas for process improvement and client experience enhancements Keep clear, accurate CRM records and escalate any compliance concerns What Were Looking For:Experience in customer service, compliance, or sales supportHealthcare or dental background is a bonusStrong communicator - clear, calm, and professionalDetail-oriented, organised and confident with CRM systemsEmpathetic, client-first mindset with a high level of integrity Why Join Smile White?
