Sitting in the Product function, youll act as the bridge between operations, IT, data and engineering, shaping solutions that support complex, regulated financial processes. The products youll work on sit at the heart of how creditors, partners and third parties work together and theres a lot coming to market over the next 1224 months.Youll spend your time understanding customer and business pain points, using data to prioritise what truly moves the needle, and challenging requests that dont align with outcomes. AI and automation are becoming increasingly central, and youll play a key role in turning innovation into real commercial value.
