PPC Manager Location: Leeds (Hybrid/Flexible working available) Salary: 28,000 38,000 per year (depending on experience) Job type: Full-time About the Role Recruit Digital is partnering with a growing digital agency in Leeds, known for its friendly, laid-back culture and ambitious growth plans. Were looking for a PPC Manager to join the team and play a fundamental role in delivering high-performing paid search campaigns for a diverse range of client accounts. In this role, youll work closely with the Head of PPC, managing day-to-day campaign activity, optimising performance, and helping shape strategies that drive real business results. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, dynamic team where your work will make a tangible impact and contribute directly to the agencys growth. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social platforms (Facebook/Instagram, etc.). Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance to ensure KPIs are met and clients see measurable results. Collaborate with the Head of PPC to develop strategies, test new approaches, and scale successful campaigns. Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities. Work closely with account managers and other teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals and broader marketing strategies. Identify optimisation opportunities and implement improvements to maximise ROI. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations. Hands-on experience with campaign setup, bid strategies, ad copywriting, and audience targeting. Confident in reporting performance to clients or internal stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to a growing team. Nice to Have Experience with eCommerce PPC campaigns and Google Shopping. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or other tracking/attribution tools. Knowledge of automation, scripts, or bidding strategies for scaling campaigns.
