Production Team Leader (Mattresses)Location: Leeds, West YorkshireSalary: £33,973 per year + company benefitsHours: Monday to Thursday, 7am to 4pm – enjoy Fridays off!The OpportunityWith our client, they’re not your typical business – they’re a fifth-generation family-run company with a passion for quality, innovation and sustainability. From their award-winning handmade mattresses to their commitment to planet-friendly practices, everything they do is built on care, craftsmanship and community.Our client is growing and with that, we are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join our clients Mattress Department in Leeds.As a Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in coordinating daily operations across our clients mattress production lines. You'll ensure production goals are met; quality remains exceptional and our clients people are supported and motivated.
