DescriptionThe Construction Solicitor will be:Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of construction agreements (NEC, JCT, Collateral Warranties, Highways, Drainage). Handling minor construction disputes and working with external counsel where needed. Managing relationships with external legal panel solicitors. Advising internal stakeholders on legal and regulatory matters. Supporting the business with wider commercial agreements. ProfileThe Construction Solicitor should be:A qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with 4+ years of commercial/construction experience. Experienced in drafting and negotiating NEC, JCT, Collateral Warranties, Highway, and Drainage agreements. Able to provide clear, commercial legal advice to non-legal stakeholders. Confident in managing external legal panels and working independently.
