With a fully remote, modern approach and a small team of experienced solicitors, they provide end‑to‑end corporate legal services, without jargon or hidden fees. Job Description The Interim Corporate Solicitor will be: Structuring, drafting and negotiating sales and acquisition agreements Advising on and preparing shareholder agreements and articles of association Handling share buy‑backs, share transfers and group restructures Managing due diligence processes and corporate governance tasks Providing clear, commercial legal advice, tailored to small businesses Liaising with clients directly in a remote, flexible setting Coordinating with the internal team to deliver consistent, top‑tier service The Successful Applicant The Interim Corporate Solicitor should be: A solicitor (or equivalent) with 6+ PQE in corporate/commercial law Experienced in M&A, shareholder agreements, share buy‑backs, transfers and restructures Confident advising SMEs throughout the deal lifecycle Strong in drafting and negotiating corporate documentation Proactive, communicative and comfortable working fully remotely Familiar with commercial realities and offering clear, cost‑effective solutions What's on Offer Flexible, part‑time remote work (2-3 days/week) on an ongoing basis Competitive £40-60 per hour, outside IR35 A supportive, client-first legal team with a modern, agile ethos Real client interaction and autonomy in managing deals end‑to‑end A long-term opportunity to work with entrepreneurial businesses making real movesIf you're an experienced Corporate Solicitor, apply now or contact Michael Bailey for more information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
