Property Litigation Paralegal

Job DescriptionSalary 24,570 + bonusHighly regarded law firmExcellent training & developmentWe're partnered with an award-winning, legal 500 ranked law firm who are looking for a Property Litigation Paralegal to assist solicitors with their work as well as build their own caseload. This role is the perfect opportunity to progress a career in one of the largest property litigation and housing management teams and gain excellent exposure to a broad range of matters such as possession proceedings based on rent arrears, anti-social behaviour and unauthorised occupiers and injunction proceedings.Responsibilities include:Provide support to solicitors and fee earners in the day-to-day management of case files.Draft and prepare legal documents, including claim forms, pleadings, and witness statements for County Court proceedings, ensuring timely preparation.Manage multiple case deadlines efficiently and effectively.Compile and organise trial bundles for court proceedings.Coordinate with the Court prior to trials to ensure all required paperwork is submitted and received, following up on any missing or delayed documents.Attend court to assist barristers and fee earners as needed.Conduct advocacy in the County Court for routine matters.Respond to inquiries from clients, barristers, and fee earners, and follow up on outstanding paperwork as necessary.Maintain organised and accurate case files in both digital and physical formats.Occasionally undertake site visits related to cases.Meet performance targets set by the Line Manager.Adhere to department procedures, the Solicitors Accounts Rules, and firm policies as outlined in the Office Manual.What we need from you:Strong attention to detailApproachable manner and excellent communication skillsSome experience in a similar roleThe Perks:24,570 per annum salaryYearly bonusExcellent career development and trainingIf you're interested, then hit that apply button or reach out to Niamh Nolan directly on [email protected]
