Job DescriptionProperty Litigation ParalegalTop UK Law FirmUp To 24,500pa + Benefits + Hybrid WorkingPermanent, Leeds OfficeMy client, a top UK law firm, is actively recruiting for an experienced and professional Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their Leeds office working as their new Housing Management & Property Litigation Paralegal.The team, one of the largest of its kind in England & Wales, currently consists of over 65 Fee-Earners including Partners, Solicitors and Paralegals. As the successful Paralegal, youll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:Assisting the Solicitors and other Fee-Earners in the day to day running of filesDrafting and preparing claim forms, pleading and witness statementsPreparing bundles for trialLiaising with Court prior to trial(s)Managing a large number of deadlines, relating to a variety of casesAttending Court to assist BarristersAssisting with enquiries made by clients, Barristers and Fee-Earner+ much more.To be considered for this opportunity, youll need to have/be the following:Have prior experience in Property (Property Litigation, Conveyancing, Real Estate, Housing)Be educated to degree level (LEGAL minimum 2:2 and an LPC (or studying))Have experience dealing with Registered Providers and/or Private LandlordsBe able to commit to attending the Leeds office on a regular basisFor more information on this opportunity, get in touch immediately.
