This is a strategic role offering the opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders and contribute to the evolution of legal processes within a dynamic, high-performing team.Key Responsibilities:Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial and technology contracts, including complex and high-value agreementsAdvising on data protection and cross-border data transfer issues within contractsCollaborating with procurement and business teams to ensure compliance and manage riskSupporting the development of junior team members and improving legal processesWorking with internal legal and compliance teams to meet due diligence and regulatory requirementsCandidate Profile:UK-qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE, ideally with in-house experienceStrong background in commercial contracts, procurement and technology agreementsSolid understanding of data protection, risk management and contract lawExcellent drafting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
