Now, we're looking for a skilled Commercial Insurance Broker to join our Leeds-based team and take ownership of a varied and valuable client portfolio.What youll be doingServe as the key point of contact for clients, acting as their risk advisor throughout the full insurance cyclePrepare and deliver timely renewal quotes and insurance proposalsSupport Account Executives in tailoring coverage to meet evolving client needsMaintain strong insurer relationships and negotiate best terms for client retentionHelp develop new business opportunities and support cross-selling activityLiaise across departments to gather accurate policy information and present risk clearly to insurersEnsure accurate and well-maintained client files and documentationStay up to date with FCA compliance and continuously seek opportunities for process improvementsWhat were looking forAt least 3 years experience in commercial insurance (motor and non-motor)Strong understanding of accounts with GWP ranging from 75,000 to 250,000CII qualified or working towards itA client-first mindset with strong communication skillsProven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and insurersHighly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamExperience with Acturis or similar policy management systems is a plusWhats in it for youCompetitive salary up to 50,000, depending on experienceClear progression path in a growing, supportive companyOpportunity to shape your role and make a visible impactCollaborative, forward-looking team with a strong culture of development
