The organisation seeks a professional recruitment consultant who thrives in a consultative and professional environment, possessing strong sales and service-based skills. The Role Managing a profitable desk through continuous business development, ensuring that customer requirements are met. Conducting interviews with candidates to accurately determine their requirements. Networking and generating new candidates to meet client needs. Cultivating long-lasting relationships with both candidates and clients. Negotiating terms and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with clients. The Successful Candidate Experience within a recruitment agency. A friendly and personable approach. Strong time management skills, with the ability to attentively listen to client and candidate requirements.
