The Role: In this commercially focused position, you’ll: Take ownership of senior-level commercial recruitment across a range of industries Partner with decision-makers to deliver tailored, strategic hiring solutions Develop and expand your own client portfolio through proactive business development Nurture a strong candidate network across mid–senior commercial roles Represent JHR as a trusted advisor in the senior commercial recruitment space Proven 360° recruitment experience, ideally within commercial or professional services Confidence and credibility when engaging with senior-level clients and candidates A consultative, strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen A self-starter who enjoys autonomy but thrives as part of a high-performing team Experience placing roles such as Commercial Managers, Sales Directors, Heads of Operations, or similar is highly desirable What We Offer: Competitive salary + uncapped commission structure Hybrid working (3 days in-office, 2 from home) 25 days holiday + your birthday off Quarterly incentives, team socials, and high achiever rewards Genuine career progression – from billing expert to leadership, we support your goals A supportive culture with zero micromanagement and a mature, consultative team environment We’re not your average agency.
