Job DescriptionRole: Internal Medical, Nursing & Dental RecruiterLocation: Leeds HQ (LS11) + free parkingReports to: Head of Medical & Recruitment DirectorSalary: strong starting base + commission structureAbout the RoleAs we enter a phase of hypergrowth across the YDS Group including Smile White and Yorkshire Dental Suite we are looking for an exceptional recruiter to specialise in clinical and medical hiring.Youll play a key role in building out our internal clinical teams, hiring across Dentists, Dental Nurses, Treatment Coordinators, Hygienists, Nurses, Clinicians and more.Based from our Leeds HQ, this role is central to the success of our group, directly contributing to our goal of 200+ hires by H2 2025 and helping us reach 150 million+ revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all clinical and medical roles across the groupWork closely with the Head of Medical, Recruitment Director and department leads to understand workforce planning and upcoming headcount needsSource, screen, and secure top-tier clinical talentBuild strong talent pipelines for high-volume roles across multiple locationsEnsure all recruitment processes are efficient, candidate-focused, and aligned with brand standardsContribute to workforce planning and hiring strategy discussionsUse ATS and data tools to manage performance and report on hiring metricsAbout YouExperience recruiting in healthcare, dental, nursing or clinical sectors (in-house or agency)Strong sourcing, interviewing and stakeholder management skillsHighly organised, proactive, and driven by resultsExcellent communication skills with a confident and people-first approachComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentPassionate about talent, growth, and healthcare excellenceWhy Join Us?Be part of the UKs biggest dental brandJoin a company on a mission, with industry-leading growthReal ownership, autonomy, and impact in your roleCompetitive commission and clear progression pathA vibrant, supportive culture based at our state-of-the-art Leeds HQReady to be a key player in our journey?
