You'll be given the autonomy to manage relationships and become a key point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external clients, working on complex and high-value matters across the sector.This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded, commercially focussed law firm with a true value on internal and external working relationships.Key Responsibilities: Draft and negotiate a wide range of construction documents including building contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, and related agreements. Advise clients on procurement strategies, project structuring, and risk allocation. Provide specialist construction input on cross-departmental matters, particularly in real estate, banking, and corporate transactions. Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and trainees, contributing to their development and knowledge-sharing. Build and maintain strong client relationships and actively participate in business development initiatives.About you: The ideal candidate will bring: 4-8 years' post-qualification experience innon-contentious construction law . Strong technical skills with both standard form and bespoke construction documents. A commercially focused, solutions-oriented approach. The ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and supportive team. A proactive approach to mentoring and team leadership.
