This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled mechanical engineer who is passionate about developing the next generation of talent.The RoleAs a Mechanical Engineering Assessor, you will work closely withLevel 3 Mechanical Engineering apprentices , supporting them throughout their apprenticeship journey. You will be responsible for visiting apprentices in the workplace, assessing their progress, and ensuring their work meets the required standards so they remain on track to successfully achieve their qualification. Key Responsibilities: Assessing Level 3 Mechanical Engineering apprentices in the workplaceVisiting employers to observe, assess, and support apprentice developmentReviewing evidence, carrying out quality checks, and providing constructive feedbackMonitoring apprentice progress and ensuring timely completion of qualificationsMaintaining accurate and up-to-date assessment recordsWorking collaboratively with employers, apprentices, and internal teams to ensure high-quality deliveryAbout YouThe ideal candidate will be an experienced mechanical engineering professional who is keen to move into (or continue within) an assessment role.
