Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor / Building Services QS Leeds Location: Leeds Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 55,000 70,000 + car allowance + benefits The Opportunity Were seeking an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor (also known as Senior Building Services QS / M&E QS) to join a self-delivery team in Leeds. This is a chance to take full commercial responsibility for mechanical, electrical and plumbing projects with a main contractor that delivers M&E works in-house. What Youll Be Doing Leading the commercial management of mechanical, electrical and plumbing packages Preparing tender enquiries, evaluating returns and awarding sub-contracts Overseeing cost plans, forecasts, budgets and cash flow reports Managing contract administration, variations, change control and value engineering Working closely with project managers, design consultants and supply chain partners to ensure projects deliver on time and budget Supporting final account negotiations and close-out What Were Looking For Proven background as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within MEP, M&E or building services Strong knowledge of procurement, contract management and subcontract negotiation Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Building Services or similar (HND/Degree) Skilled in financial reporting and risk management Excellent communicator with the ability to build lasting relationships with colleagues and clients Chartered status (MRICS or equivalent) or working towards it is desirable Whats on Offer 55,000 70,000 salary range Car allowance and travel support Private healthcare and pension scheme Ongoing professional development with career progression opportunities Apply today to develop your career as a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor / Building Services QS in Leeds and play a key role on exciting projects.
