Senior Covenant / Restructuring Manager

IPS Finance is recruiting a Senior Covenant Manager for a 12-month contract. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid or remote working and is ideal for candidates from a pensions covenant or restructuring background. Key Responsibilities: Lead covenant assessments, reviewing financial strength of sponsoring employers. Oversee affordability reviews, financial health monitoring, recovery plan assessments, and due diligence. Manage annual monitoring processes and employer data collection. Handle technical financial and covenant queries. Liaise with employers and stakeholders both virtually and in-person. Ensure processes meet regulatory requirements and best practice standards. Requirements: Experience in pension covenant assessments or business reviews. ACCA/ACA qualified or with relevant restructuring/insolvency experience. Strong organisational, management, and communication skills. Confident in presenting, reporting, and engaging with stakeholders.
