Youll have the autonomy to shape the hotels identity and elevate it to new heights, while ensuring that every guest leaves with an experience they will want to share with everyone.Is this the role for me?Passionate about continually driving commercial and financial performance, with a proven ability to deliver results, including generating a turnover in excess of 9 millionStrong leadership, communication and influencing skills, to lead the management team and support all departments in delivery of operational targetsStrong business acumen coupled with knowledge & understanding of all commercial and financial aspects of hotel operationsResponsible for delivering the hotel budget and sales strategy, developing new and creative opportunities to maximise sales and increase revenuePrevious experience operating a M&E, Golf, Leisure & Spa, or a multifaceted hotel with a minimum of 100 bedroomsCreate a culture focused on delivering the highest levels of customer scores and online reputationIdentify potential opportunities and challenges and devise strategies to deal effectively with bothHighly passionate & driven about hospitalityCurious to find out more? Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort located on the outskirts of Leeds and is a 4 , 152-bedroom property. Our hotel is set in 300 acres of woodland with a 27-hole golf course, trackman driving range and dining options which include the Calverley Grill restaurant, the Claret Jug restaurant, and stunning Champagne bar. We also offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
