Were looking for ambitious, mission-driven individuals who are excited to work hard alongside their colleagues to build and deploy world-leading technology that tackles some of the planets most urgent infrastructure challenges.Role Overview Were looking for a highly organised Logistics Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our domestic & international field projects. Youll be at the heart of ensuring our robotics platforms, coatings, components, and field teams are where they need to be, on time and fully equipped.This is a varied and practical role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, with a mix of logistics coordination, purchasing and PO management, supplier liaison, and essential administrative support. Youll be managing everything from international shipments and customs paperwork to booking project accommodation and ensuring PPE is on site.Key ResponsibilitiesDomestic & international logistics coordination: organise the shipment of robotic platforms, batteries, tools, coatings, and materials to and from project sites.Export & import processes: handle customs documentation and ensure compliance with all shipping and legal requirements.Inventory, procurement & PO management: track parts and consumables, raise and manage purchase orders, liaise with suppliers to confirm pricing and lead times, and ensure timely delivery to partners and project locations.Supplier & transport coordination: liaise with couriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers to track shipments and solve delivery issues.Field project support: arrange accommodation, transport, and equipment for staff travelling to field sites, including rental vehicles, site access, and site kit.Inventory & procurement support: track parts and consumables, raise POs, coordinate deliveries to and from partners and project locations.Administrative tasks: maintain shipping logs, update tracking spreadsheets, and manage key documentation for each deployment.Team support: act as a logistics point of contact for engineers and operations, helping to smooth day-to-day project delivery.Administration: invoices, POs, packing lists, shipping labels, Certificate of Origin, EUR Certificates, import and export declaration related paperwork, ATA, CarnetRequired Skills & ExperienceExperience in logistics coordination, ideally with domestic & international shipping or project deliveryExperience with purchasing and PO management Comfortable handling shipping documentation and working with couriers, shippers and customsStrong admin skills, organised, self-directed, reliable, and detail-orientedConfident with email, spreadsheets, and logistics systems (e.g. SAP, shipping portals, or similar)Great communicator, able to coordinate with engineers, suppliers, Shippers and partnersA proactive mindset, someone who spots issues early and takes initiativeAbility to manage multiple tasks and stay calm in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Skills & ExperienceExperience working on field projects or construction/engineering sitesFamiliarity with PPE and health & safety requirements for site-based workInterest in robotics, engineering, or tech innovationKnowledge of Hazardous goods shipment like ADR, IMDG & IATA regulations.Why Join AssetCool?Work on groundbreaking technology revolutionizing the power grid.Fast-growing startup with significant industry traction and large-scale projects.Collaborative, innovation-driven team with exciting career growth opportunities.Competitive salary, and flexible work optionsWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all backgrounds.
