Data Driven Decision Making Creating the reports and dashboards to drive fast and accurate decision making focused around growth. Document & Automation Ensuring every workflow is documented, automated if possible and most importantly scalable. Building the infrastructure Build the framework for a 10M revenue company before we get to it. Efficiency & Automation Finding ways to automate, delegate, and optimise marketing tasks.What Were Looking ForMust-Haves 5+ years of experience in operations Execution & Strategy Balance You can do the hands-on work and build the strategy. Worked in a fast growth services companies Ability to connect operations directly to business growth. A track record of problem-solving and delivering exceptional results.
