This role ensures a positive first impression of the firm and supports the Facilities team in delivering exceptional hospitality and administrative services.Key DeliverablesFront-of-House ManagementWelcome visitors and manage reception desk duties, including calls and inquiries.Maintain a tidy, professional reception area.Hospitality SupportCoordinate meeting room bookings and ensure readiness.Arrange catering and monitor refreshment supplies.Administrative SupportHandle general admin tasks such as data entry and filing.Manage mail, courier services, and visitor logs securely.Facilities SupportWork closely with the Facilities team for smooth operations.Provide ad hoc support for events and projects.About YouYou’ll be a confident and professional individual with experience in a front-of-house or receptionist role, ideally within a professional services environment. You take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service to colleagues, clients, and visitors.Highly organized and proactive, you’ll be comfortable managing multiple tasks, from coordinating meeting rooms and hospitality to handling calls and maintaining security protocols.
