Job DescriptionPentest People is a UK-based security consultancy specialising in providing Penetration Testing as a Service to all its clients. Our innovative approach to security testing merges the benefits of consultant-led penetration testing with ongoing vulnerability assurance through our advanced SecurePortal.We're currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic Projects and Administrative team.The ideal candidate will work closely with the project management team to support the seamless delivery of projects from post-sale through to completion. This role calls for a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership to ensure exceptional service at every stage.Key responsibilities:Monitor, review, and respond to internal and external emails dailyCoordinate consultant schedules and diariesLiaise with clients to gather required informationCollect and review documentation from clientsMaintain accurate and up-to-date project recordsWork cross-functionally with Sales and Consultancy teams to ensure timely delivery of client assessmentsPerform general administrative duties including data entry, updating spreadsheets, and providing project updatesAbout you:Strong customer service and relationship management skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationHighly organised with strong time managementAccuracy and attention to detailAbility to multitask and meet tight deadlinesAdaptability and eagerness to learn about our servicesThis role is based in our Leeds city centre office and requires full-time office attendance.
